Viswork adalah aplikasi pemantauan baca-saja untuk pelanggan layanan penghitungan kendaraan viswork. Aplikasi ini tidak dijual bebas: akun dibuat oleh operator viswork untuk instansi atau perusahaan yang berlangganan. Tidak ada pendaftaran mandiri.

Siapa yang bisa melihatnya. Data di atas terlihat oleh operator instansi atau perusahaan yang menerbitkan akun Anda, lewat konsol administrasi mereka — inilah maksudnya: akun ini milik langganan, bukan akun pribadi. Data tak pernah dijual, tak pernah dibagikan ke pihak ketiga, dan tak pernah dipakai untuk iklan.
Dua izin diberikan otomatis oleh sistem tanpa pernah menampilkan permintaan kepada Anda: akses internet, dan membaca status sambungan jaringan (untuk mengetahui apakah ponsel sedang daring).
Satu izin diminta kepada Anda, dan hanya bila Anda memintanya sendiri: lokasi kasar. Aplikasi tidak pernah menampilkannya sampai Anda menyalakan sakelar "Berbagi lokasi" di menu Akun. Menolaknya tidak mengurangi apa pun — seluruh fitur aplikasi tetap berjalan.
Tidak ada izin kamera, mikrofon, kontak, penyimpanan, maupun notifikasi.
Menu Live menampilkan tayangan dari perangkat penghitung milik pelanggan itu sendiri. Aplikasi tidak merekam, tidak menyimpan, dan tidak mengunggah video apa pun dari ponsel Anda. Kamera ponsel tidak pernah diakses — izinnya bahkan tidak diminta.
Keduanya terhapus seluruhnya saat Anda menekan Keluar atau mencopot aplikasi.
Seluruh lalu lintas memakai TLS. Aplikasi melakukan certificate pinning ke otoritas sertifikat milik viswork sendiri: bila ada pihak di tengah yang menyodorkan sertifikat lain, koneksi dihentikan sebelum satu byte pun dikirim, dan aplikasi mengatakannya terus terang kepada Anda.
Secara jujur perlu disebut: lalu lintas melewati satu relai jaringan (Railway) untuk mencapai server kami. Relai itu meneruskan TCP mentah dan tidak pernah membuka TLS — ia tak bisa membaca isi apa pun. Justru itu alasannya dipilih dibandingkan layanan yang menerminasi TLS.
Kami tidak menjual, tidak menyewakan, dan tidak membagikan data Anda kepada pihak ketiga mana pun. Tidak ada pialang data, tidak ada jaringan iklan. Data pemantauan sebuah instansi hanya bisa dilihat oleh akun instansi itu sendiri — pemisahan ini ditegakkan di server, bukan disembunyikan di antarmuka.
Karena akun diterbitkan operator (tak ada pendaftaran mandiri), penghapusannya juga lewat operator. Kirim permintaan ke privasi@viswork.id dari alamat email akun yang bersangkutan; akun beserta seluruh sesinya kami hapus paling lambat 30 hari kerja.
Tanpa menunggu itu, Anda sudah bisa mencabut sesi perangkat mana pun seketika lewat layar Akun di dalam aplikasi.
Data hitungan kendaraan adalah milik instansi pelanggan, bukan milik perseorangan; penghapusannya mengikuti perjanjian layanan dengan instansi tersebut.
Aplikasi ini alat kerja untuk pemantauan lalu lintas dan tidak ditujukan bagi anak di bawah 13 tahun. Kami tidak pernah dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data dari anak-anak.
Perubahan akan diumumkan di halaman ini beserta tanggal berlakunya. Kalau perubahannya menyangkut data baru yang dikumpulkan, kami memberitahukannya di dalam aplikasi lebih dulu.

Viswork is a read-only monitoring app for customers of the viswork vehicle-counting service. It is not sold to the general public: accounts are created by a viswork operator for the agency or company holding the subscription. There is no self-signup.

Who can see it. The data above is visible to the operator at the agency or company that issued your account, through their administration console — that is the point: this is a subscription account, not a personal one. The data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising.
Two permissions are granted automatically by the system without ever prompting you: internet access, and reading network connection state (to know whether the phone is online).
One permission is asked of you, and only if you ask for it first: approximate location. The app never shows the prompt until you turn on the "Share location" switch in the Account menu. Declining costs you nothing — every feature keeps working.
No camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or notification permission.
The Live screen shows a stream from the customer's own counting device. The app does not record, store, or upload any video from your phone. Your phone's camera is never accessed — the permission is not even requested.
Both are erased completely when you press Sign out or uninstall the app.
All traffic uses TLS. The app performs certificate pinning to viswork's own certificate authority: if anything in the middle presents a different certificate, the connection is stopped before a single byte is sent, and the app tells you so plainly.
In fairness this should be stated: traffic passes through one network relay (Railway) to reach our servers. That relay forwards raw TCP and never opens TLS — it cannot read any content. That is precisely why it was chosen over services that terminate TLS.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. There are no data brokers and no ad networks. One agency's monitoring data is visible only to that agency's own accounts — this separation is enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.
Because accounts are issued by an operator (there is no self-signup), deletion goes through the operator too. Send a request to privasi@viswork.id from the email address of the account in question; the account and all of its sessions are deleted within 30 working days at the latest.
Without waiting for that, you can already revoke any device session instantly from the Account screen inside the app.
Vehicle-count data belongs to the customer organisation rather than to an individual; its deletion follows the service agreement with that organisation.
This app is a work tool for traffic monitoring and is not directed at children under 13. We never knowingly collect data from children.
Changes will be published on this page together with their effective date. If a change involves collecting new data, we will say so inside the app first.
